Always stay hydrated!
If you have been out exercising, walking or gardening, be sure to HYDRATE! The most common signs of dehydration are:
Muscle weakness or cramps
Deep rapid breathing
Increased heart rate
Feeling Stressed or Down?
Try these things to help you calm down and feel better
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position
Close your eyes and think of a positive word or image
Take 5-10 deep breaths in and out through the nose
Read a good book
Browse your shelf for that book you loved when you first read it
Libraries may have a online book section
Check out the apps in our Technology Tip of the Week section
Write it down!
Make a note of your symptoms, when they started, and any other related information.
Note down medications you took, and times if you remember.
Take it with you when you see your doctor next.
Take a break from TV and Social Media for a day.
Is your news feed full of negative news.
Take a break for a day from the negativity
Spend time thinking positive thoughts
Get fresh air
Go for a walk, sit outside, or do gardening
If you are able, just get some sun and fresh air
Don't sit in direct sunlight for a long time without sunscreen and hydration
